The USAMTS and this website are owned and operated by the Art of Problem Solving Initiative, a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation.

We take the privacy of our participants very seriously; therefore, we only collect the information necessary to provide educational services efficiently. To participate in the USAMTS, you must register on this website.

Your name, address, and email address are used by us to determine your eligibility for the contest and to receive prizes, and to send messages to you regarding the USAMTS. Many aspects of the USAMTS are administered by AoPS Incorporated (under contract to the Art of Problem Solving Initiative), and your identifying information may be shared with AoPS Incorporated for the sole purpose of administering the USAMTS, and for no other purpose. Your identifying information will not be shared with or sold to any other third party without your expressed consent. We have taken reasonable steps to protect your name, mailing address, email address, user name, password, and other information from anyone who is not authorized to have such information. However, we cannot be held responsible for an unauthorized person illegally obtaining that information.

The USAMTS uses cookies to store information on your local computer. These cookies are necessary for the website to function. We may use analytics to monitor site traffic.
